LeBA is an American street artist who works primarily out of Los Angeles, California. His signature style is realistic oil portraits of political and social satire along with themes of mortality and the afterlife. While LeBA’s outside street art focuses on the grimy under belly of society and politics, his gallery and canvas work tends to focus on surreal subjects of beauty and mystery, with hints of Henry Clark, Klimt, Magritte, Os Gêmeos from Sao Palo and the grandfather of street art blek le rat. LeBA has exhibited locally in the U.S. as well as internationally in pop-up galleries in France, New York, Berlin and Mexico. He has also collaborated with companies and groups such as Sony, Foster the People, NBC, Oxygen, Warner Brothers, Nike, SPIKE TV, Firefox, Red Bull, ABC, 8bit The Black Eyed Peas and more.
