Art type:

A painter and muralist currently living and working out of Los Angeles, Annie Preece was raised in an artistic family in the San Francisco peninsula. At the age of five with no formal training, Preece displayed unique artistic ability. By the age of sixteen, Preece was a well known graffiti artist. Although Preece decided to bring her abilities from the streets to the canvas, she remains one of the few female Guerrilla artists. Her work still carries the rough, powerful street emotion found within graffiti. Preece’s work carries a loud emotional and even sometimes political message. She has done work for Pabst Blue Ribbon, Metro LA, Red Bull, The X games, and even Warner Bros. Music. Preece was even featured on the reality show, Street Art Showdown. Preece has unveiled her first two solo shows at the prestigious Lab Art gallery.
